Perfect for fans of romantic comedies with a supernatural twist, debut YA graphic novel by Violet Karim follows the unusual journey of up-and-coming singer Sophie Lim after she dies and makes a deal with the Grim Reaper for a second chance at life and pop stardom.

Number one on the pop charts and in the hearts of fans world-wide, Sophie Lim is at the top of her game—until she takes a tumble from the top of the stairs. Now she's dead, and it turns out it's harder to build a career from six feet under. But lucky for her, the Grim Reaper's her number one fan!

After striking a deal with the Grim Reaper, Eli, to get her life back, Sophie must now embark on a journey of self-discovery as she takes on a new challenge: college.

Running from death itself proves no easy feat, as a fearsome antagonist sets his sights on Sophie: the King of the Underworld—Julien’s father. To make matters worse, Sophie must decide where her loyalties lie after discovering the possible betrayal of two loved ones, her best friend and her aunt. But even in desperate times, making the hard calls to save the right person proves difficult for Sophie, as Eli’s heroism also lands him in grave danger.

With the help of her allies, Sophie must race against the clock to help those closest to her and fight back against the deadly forces desperate to take her.
